Warranty and maintenance policy

Arrow's warranty policy

  1. The device cannot be repaired under warranty without the warranty card and the purchase invoice showing the serial number and model number.
  2.  The warranty does not cover consumable spare parts such as: air filters, outer covers, buttons, speakers, lights, glass, remote controls, etc.
  3.   The warranty cannot be transferred from one person to another and applies only to the specified item.
  4.   The company is not responsible for any damage to the consumer resulting from the use of the device.
  5.   For devices containing a compressor, motor, or screen (panel), after the second year, the warranty is limited only to replacing the compressor, panel, or motor.
  6.   The warranty does not cover labor costs or the cost of refrigerant gas (Freon).
  7.   The warranty period includes free spare parts but does not include free repair labor charges.
  8. The company has the right, when providing on-site service, to charge transportation fees for the maintenance team. On-site service is limited to non-movable devices (such as split units). If upon inspection the device malfunction is found to be due to misuse, such as neglecting cleaning, the customer will bear the costs.
  9. If the customer wishes to return the product within the specified return period, the device must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, with all accessories and original packaging, and unused in a way that affects its resale. If any parts are missing from the product, the customer will be charged the full value of the missing part. For missing packaging or product wrapping, 30% of the device’s value will be charged.


The warranty is void in the following cases:

  1.   Accidents resulting from shipping, delivery, moving the device from one place to another, or improper installation.
  2. Malfunction or damage caused by abnormal use of the device, negligence, use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, or any other cause beyond the control of the manufacturer.
  3.   Accidents resulting from misuse or abuse.
  4. If the serial number of the device is tampered with or altered, or if any erasure is detected on the warranty card.
  5. Using the device, which is intended for personal or household use, for any commercial purposes or in a work environment aimed at generating profit, including intensive operation exceeding normal household usage levels.


The free visit to the customer and the receipt of the product by Arrow takes place for the following products:

  1. TVs with a size of 58 inches and above
  2. Refrigerators of 9 cubic feet and above
  3. Twin-tub washing machines with a capacity of 12 kg and above
  4. Automatic washing machines of all sizes
  5. All types of freezers
  6. Ovens with five burners and above
  7. All types of split and window air conditioners
