Arrow ship the products required from our customers to any place within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through certified shipping companies and a specific shipping fees when ordering the product.
The company also ensures the safety of the product until the arrival and receipt of the customer.

Cost of shipping:
The shipping fee is the amount shown to the customer during the process of buying from the site is estimated at about 30 Saudi riyals.

Process of shipping the items/goods conditions.
- First step: As soon as the customer create his order on our web site we deliver his request and send him an email including all details about his order
- Second step. Arrow start to communicate with the shipping company and send them the the product/products that the customer requested.
- Third step: the product/products delivered to the shipping company then they contact the customer to confirm the address and location of the customer
- Fourth step: customer receives the product, inspects it well, and signs the receipt
