Refund roles
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days
depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation, exchange and return policy
The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed :
* Returns within 7 days and exchanges are made within 14 days of receiving the product.. *
Return cases:
- A. In the event of a manufacturing defect
- B. If the product is found to be damaged upon receipt immediately
- C. In the event that the product is not wanted and has not been opened from the original packaging or used (the customer bears the return fee of 75 riyals)
- D. If there is a difference in product specifications from what was ordered.
- E. In the event of a shortage of product accessories
Replacement is done: within 14 days from the date of receipt in case there is a manufacturer defect in the device only
Provided that all contents such as accessories and original packaging of the product are present, and in the event of a deficiency in any accessories of the product, their value is deducted, and in the absence of product packaging (carton), 10% of the value of the product is deducted.
Arrow bears the shipping fees during the return or exchange period only, which is 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
In the event the customer purchases a remote control, the remote control must be checked for compatibility with the product model, whether an air conditioner or screen, before purchasing the product, as we do not bear the value of returning and resending the correct product, and the customer bears the value of returning the product (75 riyals) and the value of sending the correct product ( 75 riyals)
Cancellations: The Modern Future Company has the right to cancel the paid orders and return the full amount to the customer in the event of a technical failure on the site that led to a change in prices.
