Warranty Terms and Conditions
- Non-Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the device.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from shipping or transit, improper installation, or accidents. It also excludes malfunctions caused by normal wear and tear or any circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control.
- Replacement Parts: The warranty period includes the provision of replacement parts at no cost. However, it does not cover labor costs for installation or repairs.
- Service Charges: The company reserves the right to charge for transportation and maintenance fees arising from the customer's lack of familiarity with the product operation or misuse of the device.
- Warranty Validation: For external maintenance services, customers must present the warranty card and provide a photocopy to the service personnel to qualify for any service charge deductions.
- Damage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover fractures or damages resulting from accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications by service centers other than Arrow’s authorized maintenance facilities.
- Tampering: The warranty will be void if the serial number is tampered with or altered, or if any information on the warranty card is modified or erased.
- Limitations of Liability: The manufacturer is not liable for any damage incurred by the consumer. This warranty includes a limited one-year warranty for equipment with a compressor, motor, or LCD/LED panel. Replacement of the compressor or panel is covered; however, labor costs and the value of replacement parts are not included.
