Return and Cancellation Policy

At Arrow Company, we strive to provide a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can take advantage of our return or exchange policy, subject to the following conditions:
Return and Exchange Policy:
1. The device must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
2. Gift items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. The return and exchange period is 3 days from the invoice date, subject to the above conditions. In case of a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction during the exchange period, please contact customer service at 8001244460 and report the problem so we can contact the agent to send a technician and submit a report. You will be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the report. For faster service, you can contact the agent using your purchase invoice.
4. If the customer wishes to return the product within the specified period (3 days), the customer will be charged a handling fee of 2% of the invoice value, with a minimum of 100 SAR. 5. If the customer does not receive the goods within (15) days of the invoice date, the company has the right to cancel the sales order (invoice), and the amount will be credited to the customer’s account with the company.
6. The customer is not entitled to exchange, return, or refuse to accept the product if the product model approved by the Standards and Metrology Authority has expired, due to the company’s inability to resell the product to another customer.
If a refund is requested for a payment made by credit card, the customer must contact their bank. The company is not responsible for the processing time of the refund to the customer’s account.
Modification and Cancellation Policy
First: Cancellation within one hour of order placement (before confirmation):
An administrative and bank fee of SAR 20 will be deducted from all canceled orders.
Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will incur an additional fee of 2.7% of the order value.
Additional fees may be charged for modifying product quantities if this results in a refund.
Orders through Tamara and Tabby cannot be modified after payment confirmation. Redbox orders cannot be modified or canceled. The tracking number is issued to the customer immediately.
We do not guarantee that orders can be modified after completion, and they are processed based on availability.
Second: Cancellation within one hour of order placement:
A shipping fee of SAR 27 will be deducted, in addition to a return shipping fee of SAR 27.
If the shipment paid for via Tamara or Tabby is refused, the following charges will be applied:
A SAR 20 administrative fee + 2.7% service fee.
If the shipment is not received for any reason related to the customer (such as an incorrect address, incorrect mobile number, no answer, etc.):
A SAR 25 shipping fee + a SAR 25 return shipping fee will be deducted.
If shipping costs are covered by the store (through offers or discount codes), the customer is responsible for these costs in case of cancellation or return.
If you wish to reship the order after it has been returned to the warehouse, an additional SAR 25 shipping fee will be charged.
Third: Special cases:
The store reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund without prior notice if the product is unavailable. The store reserves the right to remove an item from an order and ship the remaining items, refunding the price of the removed item without prior notice.
Fourth: Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
